Corsair Convertible.
Tom purchased this car from the estate of the individual that in turn purchased the car
directly from Norman De Vaux in 1941. That person, put very few miles on the car, and
placed it in storage where it remained until Tom purchased it. Although the odometer
showed under 3,000 miles, the car needed a full restoration because of the damage done
by humidity in storage over the years.
This photo, and the three that follow, were taken by Tom when the car was delivered to
him, before any restoration was undertaken.
